At StudioSuits, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if your garment doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a streamlined return and exchange process for all non-customized items. Please note that bespoke, made-to-measure garments are subject to specific alteration credits rather than standard returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master tailors inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
